Pusha T - Raid (Feat. Pharrell & 50 Cent)
Been waiting to see what this song would sound like ever since the Complex review of Fear of God. Not gonna lie, this Neptunes produced mixtape track is definitely worthy of an album feature. I was surprised that 50 was on this, but his verse was crack. This is a sick song, and Fear of God is sounding pretty fresh so far.

Lupe Fiasco & Pharrell - If You Want To (Feat. Travis Barker)
“If You Want To” is another leak off of Travis Barker’s “solo” album Give A Drummer Some. It “features” Lupe Fiasco on the verses Pharrell on the hook, and production by the Neptunes. The Neptunes production is on point, and Lu’s verses flow perfectly over this rock/jazz inspired beat. This is definitely one of the dopest songs I have heard so far on Give A Drummer Some, and further proves that this is a feature (artists) driven album.

Tyga - Really Raw (Feat. Pharrell, Game & Snoop Dogg)
This is the first single off Tyga’s freshmen album entitled Careless World, which is said to be dropping in March. It is a pretty dope track, produced by The Neptunes, with some fresh verses by Snoop and Game, and a decent hook by Pharrell, but I still can not see this record picking up any commercial buzz…at all.

C.R.S (Kanye, Pharrell, Lupe) - Don’t Stop!
WOW! This may be the best of the G.O.O.D. Friday’s, both past and future! It has been almost 4 years since they formed this crazy alliance and created the Child Rebel Soldiers, by dropping the legendary single “Us Placers”, sampling Thom Yorke’s “The Eraser”. Fans of all three rappers have been restless in waiting all this time for them to come together (as C.R.S.) again and drop this FIRE!!! While no one has ever really been impressed by Pharrell’s lyricism, there is an obvious trace of his work on the track. It is ALSO beast to hear Lupe flowing on a track, since its been months. Finally, Ye’s flow is so mean on this shit, and you can hear the beat switch up on when he is spitting. While P and Ye can instantly be spotted production wise, it is most likely that ALL three of them cooked it up, and it is a fact that ALL three of them destroyed this shit!
So glad this song dropped, and while the beat could have been a little stronger, it is such a big event that C.R.S. has (temporarily?) resurfaced in Hip-Hop:

Tyga x Pharrell - First Time
Typical Neptunes beat with P singing on the hook. Based on what I know Tyga is capable of (lyrically), it’s only “okay”. This is kinda a “love” themed song, hence the lack of lyricism from Tyga. It is a first sound off of his upcoming album Careless World, but I’m hoping he’ll drop some more hardcore type records to recapture fans of his dope lyrics…

Don’t judge this song by its name or who its by, but by its features. This is a sick new leak off of Gucci’s upcoming sophmore album The Appeal. It was produced by the Neptunes, has a smooth sound, and P sings a sick hook (minus the fact that the word “haterade” is being used). Nicki’s flow is on point! None of that scizifrenic bullshit. One Flow. And she’s sounding like she did when she was still a hoodrat from the Bronx. DOPENESS.

Diggy - Oh Yeah (Feat. Lupe & Pharrell)
A first single off of Diggy’s upcoming Airborne mixtape. Diggy got two of his mentors, Lupe and Pharrell, to put down some dope bars. I’m not sure if Pharrell produced it because it doesn’t really sound like a typical Neptunes beat, but its pretty dope regardless. When Diggy first announced his rap career no one expected this much, myself included, but this is a crazy place for him to be in, in such a short period of time. People like to give his parents and his connections all the credit, but he has created his own buzz and has a dope flow, and that’s why he is respected by artists such as Lou and P…
